We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team. The role involves end-to-end recruitment management, from sourcing and screening candidates to managing interviews and ensuring a smooth onboarding process. The ideal candidate should have strong interpersonal skills, a deep understanding of recruitment strategies, and the ability to build strong pipelines for current and future hiring needs.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding).
  • Partner with department heads to identify hiring needs and role requirements.
  • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and other channels.
  • Develop and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for multiple roles.
  • Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews to shortlist candidates.
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and provide timely feedback to candidates.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience at every stage of the recruitment process.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment records and prepare regular hiring reports.
  • Stay updated with industry hiring trends and best practices.
  • Support employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (in-house or agency).
  • Strong understanding of sourcing techniques, recruitment tools, and job portals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; experience with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) is a plus.
  • 0–1 year of experience in recruitment
