Job Description

The Sales & Marketing Head is a pivotal leadership position within any organization, responsible for the development and implementation of strategic plans to drive sales and marketing initiatives. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 10 years of experience in sales and marketing management roles.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills are essential.
  • Exceptional analytical abilities to interpret data and market trends.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with diverse stakeholders.
  • Experience with digital marketing tools and techniques is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is a must.
  • Ability to adapt strategies in response to regulatory changes and market demands.
