  • Negotiate and close agreements with large enterprises and organizations to maximize profits.
  • Attend and represent the company at industry conferences and events to enhance brand awareness.
  • Manage budgets, expenses, and resources effectively to meet financial objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven track record of success in B2B sales management, particularly within the SAAS sector.
  • Strong experience in leading and managing sales teams to high performance.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to build long-term business relationships.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with an aptitude for public speaking.
  • Solid understanding of the marketplace, opportunities, and challenges within the SAAS industry.
  • Experience with CRM software and maintaining detailed sales forecasts and reports.
