Job Description

Roles & Responsibility-

· Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions.

· Process orders & sending quotations.

· Coordination with Designers, Production & Logistics Team.

· Prepare correspondences and fulfill customer needs to ensure smooth Delivery

· Customer satisfaction & maintain rapport for future business.

Desired Candidate-

· Female Candidates only

· 0-2 yeaa experience in BPO / Tele-calling/ Tele Marketing / Tele Sales/ Customer Service. (UAE or home country Experience)

· Excellent communication skills (written/ verbal).

· Excellent customer service skills.

· Immediate Joiners (Visit visa / Cancelled visa).
