Job Description

A Sales Executive is needed who will play a pivotal role in driving the sales efforts of our organization, focusing on developing and maintaining valuable relationships with our valued clients in the Russian market. This position requires a female candidate who can communicate fluently in both Russian and English, bringing cultural understanding and linguistic proficiency to bridge any communication gaps. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and capitalizing on sales opportunities, negotiating contracts, and ensuring that clients receive a high standard of customer service. A dynamic and motivated professional, the ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills and a knack for closing deals, contributing to the successful expansion of our market presence.


Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the Russian market effectively.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Communicate clearly and persuasively in both Russian and English languages.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to achieve collective and individual targets.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and new business opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations and proposals to clients.
  • Negotiate terms of sale, pricing, and contracts with potential clients efficiently.
  • Provide continuous feedback to management on market trends and customer preferences.
  • Ensure all customer inquiries and issues are handled promptly and professionally.
  • Utilize CRM systems to track sales activities and client interactions efficiently.
  • Participate actively in sales meetings, training sessions, and workshops.
  • Stay informed about product and service updates to provide accurate information.

Requirements

  • Fluency in both Russian and English with excellent communication skills.
  • Prior experience in sales, marketing, or related field, preferably in a similar role.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets consistently.
  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills to engage clients effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment successfully.
  • Familiarity with sales tracking and CRM software for managing client information.
  • Willingness to travel as required to meet with clients and attend industry events.
