Fortis is a Dubai-based retail tech company focused on the digital interaction experience of retail businesses and their customers. At the core of our endeavor is developing an omnichannel platform and a suite of client interfaces and services spanning web, app, smartPOS systems, and more. The Fortis solution helps to sell and get paid seamlessly in-person and online with convenience, communicate with customers when needed, attract new customers and retain existing ones, and run the business efficiently. Fortis works for entrepreneurs who are creating businesses for the retail customer. We focus on micro, small, and medium-sized companies, the most extensive segment that forms the backbone of the modern economy. Still, we are also open to working with large enterprises.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Manage inbound leads/outbound sales, close deals by the phone
  • Contact potential and existing clients on the phone
  • Arrange offline meetings with clients (if necessary) to determine their needs and match them with the range of solutions and options offered by Fortis
  • Use Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems to manage relationships (we use Pipedrive)
  • Handle a pitching of the relevant products and services

Who We Are Looking For

  • Excellent knowledge of business English, Arabic is a must
  • Familiar with Pipedrive or similar CRM systems
  • Minimum of 2 years direct sales experience handling payment and SaaS payment products
  • A good understanding of dealing with Micro Merchants
  • Outstanding negotiation and sales skills with proven closing ability
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Passion of technology and for being a part of a fast-growing SaaS company
  • UAE based
