Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our growing used car dealership. The successful candidate will have a passion for automobiles and a proven track record in sales. As a Sales Executive, you will play a critical role in driving sales and generating revenue by providing exceptional customer service and building long-lasting relationships with clients. You will be responsible for showcasing our diverse inventory of used cars, understanding the needs and preferences of our customers, and guiding them through the purchasing process. Responsibilities

  • Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle that suits their needs and budget.
  • Develop deep product knowledge of all used cars within the inventory.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Negotiate pricing and terms to meet both customer and dealership objectives.
  • Coordinate test drives and provide thorough vehicle demonstrations to potential buyers.
  • Stay informed on current industry trends and market conditions that may affect sales.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics set by management.
  • Ensure all required sales documentation is complete and accurate for vehicle purchases.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve overall dealership sales goals.
  • Follow up with prospective and past customers to build brand loyalty and secure referrals.
  • Utilize CRM tools to track customer interactions and update sales activities regularly.
  • Attend sales meetings and training sessions to enhance selling skills and product knowledge.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a customer-facing sales role, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Passion for cars and the ability to learn detailed technical information quickly.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with customers.
  • Exceptional negotiation abilities and a keen understanding of sales techniques.
  • Self-motivated, ambitious, and goal-oriented with a track record of meeting sales targets.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales technology tools and platforms.
