Job Description

The HVAC Sales Executive is responsible for driving sales and revenue growth for our cutting-edge heating, ventilation, and air conditioning solutions. This pivotal role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, maintaining and building relationships with existing clients, and implementing sales plans to achieve company objectives. The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable about HVAC systems and possess the skills to understand and assess clients’ needs, ultimately proposing solutions that meet or exceed their expectations. This position requires a combination of technical expertise in HVAC products, excellent communication, strategic thinking, and a passion for achieving sales targets. Responsibilities

  • Identify and establish contact with prospective HVAC clients in various industries.
  • Develop comprehensive sales proposals and presentations tailored to client needs.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities by regularly following up with prospects.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and provide in-depth knowledge of our HVAC systems.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals, ensuring mutual satisfaction and profitability.
  • Collaborate with engineering and customer support teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Attend industry events and network with industry professionals to promote our brand.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends, technologies, and competitive product offerings.
  • Provide feedback to management on customer needs and competitive activity.
  • Utilize CRM tools for accurate forecasting and reporting on sales activities.
  • Meet and exceed individual sales targets and contribute to team targets.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure long-term client satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of three years of sales experience in the HVAC industry required.
  • Strong understanding of HVAC systems and technological advancements in the field.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills are essential.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets consistently.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a fast-paced team environment.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and sales tracking tools is highly desirable.
  • Willingness to travel to client sites and attend networking events as needed.
