As a Sales Executive specializing in Credit Cards & Personal Loans, you will be the driving force behind expanding our customer base and promoting our financial products. You will play a critical role in reaching out to potential clients, understanding their financial needs, and offering tailored solutions to match their requirements. Responsibilities

  • Meet or exceed sales targets and performance goals in a specified timeframe.
  • Provide detailed information on product features, benefits, and related terms.
  • Prepare and present tailored financial product proposals to achieve sales success.
  • Handle customer queries and resolve issues to maintain high satisfaction levels.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to enhance sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with team members to plan and execute effective sales campaigns.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports of sales activities and client interactions.
  • Participate in trainings and workshops to enhance product and service knowledge.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements in all dealings.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in financial products and banking services.
  • Strong understanding of credit cards and personal loan products and markets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients effectively.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to team objectives and success.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite for sales tracking.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a competitive environment.
