Job Description

The Sales Executive (B2B) plays a critical role in driving revenue through the acquisition of new business clients and the development of existing client relationships. This dynamic position involves working closely with businesses to understand their needs and formulating tailored solutions that meet their objectives. As a Sales Executive, you will be expected to have a deep understanding of the products and services offered, and the ability to communicate their value effectively to prospective clients. Your goal is to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall business growth. This role requires excellent interpersonal and communication skills, the ability to build long-term relationships, and a proactive attitude towards problem-solving and client servicing.


Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within targeted B2B sectors.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed on industry trends and competitors.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to enhance retention.
  • Create and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients across various industries.
  • Plan and execute strategic sales approaches to maximize revenue opportunities.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery.
  • Utilize CRM tools to manage and report on sales pipeline and performance metrics.
  • Negotiate contract terms and pricing with prospective clients to close deals.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products and industry developments.
  • Attend networking events and trade shows to promote the company and generate leads.
  • Collaborate with marketing to develop sales materials and drive effective campaigns.
  • Provide feedback to management on market perception and client interactions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in B2B sales or a similar role.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets consistently.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills are essential.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales-related tools effectively.
  • Ability to travel as necessary to meet with clients and prospects.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing techniques and tools is a plus.
