Job Description

The Sales Executive position is a vital role in driving a company's growth by expanding its customer base and increasing revenues. As a Sales Executive, you are the primary point of contact between the company and prospective clients. You will analyze market trends to discover new opportunities, contribute to the development of sales strategies, and manage a portfolio of clients. Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing markets.
  • Achieve sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships effectively.
  • Understand customer needs and offer solutions and support accordingly.
  • Manage a portfolio of clients to foster long-term business partnerships.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and service delivery.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to showcase products and services to clients.
  • Analyze market trends and competitors to identify new sales opportunities.
  • Follow up on leads generated by marketing and convert them into sales deals.
  • Negotiate contracts with clients to secure sales and ensure alignment on terms.
  • Report on sales activity, progress, and revenue funnel to management regularly.
  • Attend industry conferences and networking events to build a professional network.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven sales experience with a track record of exceeding targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to navigate complex sales processes.
  • Ability to work independently, as well as part of a collaborative team.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and sales productivity tools is preferred.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend events.
