Job Description

As a Sales Coordinator II, you will play a vital role in ensuring the seamless operation of the sales department. You are responsible for coordinating various sales activities, supporting the sales team in achieving its targets, and fostering strong relationships with clients and other departments. The ideal candidate will possess advanced communication and organizational skills, helping to manage client queries and concerns effectively. You will also assist in the preparation of sales reports, track sales data, and help streamline production processes to enhance customer satisfaction. Your expert coordination will facilitate the success of the sales team and contribute directly to achieving the company's growth objectives.


Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and monitor the progress of sales deals throughout the sales cycle.
  • Assist sales teams in planning and executing sales strategies and objectives.
  • Facilitate communication between sales, marketing, and production departments.
  • Prepare accurate sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for management review.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of sales, revenue, invoices, and other important data.
  • Respond to client inquiries promptly and effectively to strengthen client relationships.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales campaigns with promotional offers.
  • Identify and resolve any sales order or delivery issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Assist in the development of sales training programs for new team members.
  • Monitor competitor activities and provide insights to enhance sales strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements in sales activities.
  • Support special sales projects and promotional events to increase brand exposure.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales coordination or a similar role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM software, and sales databases.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and outstanding customer service abilities.
