Job Description

The Sales Coordinator is a pivotal role within our sales team, responsible for bridging the gap between customers and the sales team. This position involves managing various administrative tasks, supporting the work of sales representatives, and serving as a point of communication for clients. The Sales Coordinator ensures smooth operations and efficient handling of sales inquiries and orders. An ideal candidate should possess excellent organizational skills, a strong customer focus, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. As a Sales Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to work closely with different departments, contribute to the overall sales strategy, and directly impact our business growth.


Responsibilities

  • Assist the sales team by providing administrative support on a daily basis.
  • Coordinate and schedule client meetings and sales presentations efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate records of daily, weekly, and monthly sales activities.
  • Prepare and deliver regular sales performance reports to management.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and accurately.
  • Support the sales team in contract development and execution processes.
  • Collaborate with marketing to ensure alignment on promotions and initiatives.
  • Monitor and manage sales-related budgets, ensuring cost-efficiency.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies and plans.
  • Work closely with logistics to track and ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Implement improvements to the sales process to increase efficiency and accuracy.
  • Train new sales staff in the use of CRM tools and sales methodologies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales or administrative role required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact professionally.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce or similar platforms is essential.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to handle sensitive information securely.
