Job Description

A Sales Coordinator plays a crucial role in the sales department by ensuring that the administrative tasks are handled efficiently and effectively. This position supports the sales team in achieving their sales targets by coordinating sales activities and managing schedules. Responsibilities

  • Coordinate sales team activities to ensure timely and successful project completion.
  • Assist in the preparation of proposals, contracts, and presentations for clients.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for customer queries and service issues.
  • Maintain detailed sales records and manage databases for sales tracking.
  • Communicate customer feedback to the sales and product development teams.
  • Organize and schedule sales meetings, conferences, and client visits efficiently.
  • Generate and present detailed sales reports to high-level managers regularly.
  • Monitor the performance of the sales team and report on metrics and KPIs.
  • Support the sales team in handling client complaints and resolving issues promptly.
  • Develop relationships with key clients to ensure long-term customer retention.
  • Coordinate shipping and delivery schedules to ensure timely product availability.
  • Ensure compliance with sales regulations and company policies at all times.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in sales support or coordination within a sales team.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales management tools.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to analyze and interpret sales data.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
