The Sales and Operations Supervisor is a pivotal role responsible for overseeing and enhancing the efficiency and profitability of the sales and operations functions within an organization. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Sales, or a related field required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory sales or operations role.
  • Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of team management.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail essential.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software critical for daily tasks.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret complex data to inform strategies.
