About The Job

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Sales Agent to join the Jumeirah Burj Al Arab team. The main duties and responsibilities of this role:

• Lead service delivery for private dining, ensuring exceptional guest experiences.
• Oversee seamless event execution, from setup to guest departure, anticipating needs.
• Collaborate proactively with culinary and events teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Uphold impeccable service standards and operational efficiency in all private dining areas.
• Serve as a dedicated guest liaison, promptly addressing needs to guarantee satisfaction
  
  

About You

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

• Up to 2 years of experience, preferably with an international hospitality company
• Experience of working in an international capacity and a clear understanding of cultural differences showcasing trust and respect for everyone
• Exposure to working with a multi-cultural team
• Additional language - Arabic speaking
