Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Corporate Sales Executive to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by developing and maintaining strong relationships with corporate clients.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities with corporate clients to increase company revenue
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed targets
Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to stay ahead of the competition
Create and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients
Negotiate and close deals with corporate customers, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing support for clients
Monitor and report on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
Attend industry events and networking functions to build relationships and generate leads
Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system
Stay updated on company products, services, and industry developments to provide expert advice to clients
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Minimum of 2 years of experience in corporate sales or B2B sales
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
Excellent negotiation and relationship-building abilities
Proficiency in MS Office suite and CRM software
Analytical thinking skills with the ability to interpret market trends and data
Results-oriented mindset with a visionary approach to sales strategies
Problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure
Team player with the capacity to collaborate across departments
Flexibility to work non-standard hours when required
Valid UAE drivers license and willingness to travel within the region
Knowledge of the local business landscape in Dubai and the UAE is a plus
