We are looking for a motivated Sales Account Manager to drive revenue growth and cultivate strong client relationships.

Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and goal-oriented Sales Account Manager to become part of our vibrant Sales Team. The perfect candidate will oversee client accounts, promote sales expansion, and build solid relationships with customers. This position demands a thorough comprehension of IT offerings and services, outstanding communication abilities, and a strong desire to assist clients in reaching their technological objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned accounts and regions to achieve sales targets.
  • Conduct regular meetings and presentations with clients to discuss their IT needs, provide product demonstrations, and propose customized solutions.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to develop and present tailored solutions that align with client objectives.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential risks and opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver accurate sales forecasts, reports, and account plans to management.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to secure profitable deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in trade shows, conferences, and networking events to promote our brand and generate leads.
  • Provide ongoing support to clients post sale, addressing any issues or concerns to ensure long term partnerships.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, or related field with 3 to 4 years of experience.
  • Must Have Proven experience of sales management in System Integration.
  • Must Have Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Must Have UAE driving License.
  • Strong understanding of IT products and services, including software, hardware, cloud solutions, and cybersecurity.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast--paced environment.
  • Strong problem--solving skills and a customer--centric approach.
