As a Rooms Controller Supervisor, we rely on you to:

• Have full knowledge of the Front Office operational systems
• Ensure the Rooms inventory is always updated by checking and maintaining house status reports
• Prepare keys and welcome folders
• Coordinate with In-Room Dining/Amenity Centre for delivery of guest amenities
• Review next day’s arrival and block rooms for any special requests, early arrivals, and groups
• Coordinate with Housekeeping on the turnover of rooms to ensure availability of vacant clean rooms upon guests’ arrival
• Note, collect, and action all guests’ preferences
  
  

• Has proven work experience within Front Office in a luxury hotel or a 5* hotel environment
• Is proficient in Opera, Microsoft Office Suite and fully understands room operations
• Communicates with fluency in English (and local language)
• Must be detail-focused and guest-oriented
• Has strong interpersonal skills, solid written and verbal communication skills
• Enjoys interacting with people
