Job Description

As a Retail Banking Sales Executive, you will be at the forefront of the bank's interactions with customers, engaging them with our comprehensive range of financial products and services. Your role is pivotal in driving the bank's profitability by identifying new sales leads and promoting products such as savings accounts, investment services, and loans. The ideal candidate should have exceptional interpersonal skills, a deep understanding of financial products, and a strong ability to build long-lasting relationships with clients. You will work closely with clients to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions that assist them in achieving their financial goals. We are looking for a dynamic professional who is results-oriented and has a proven track record in retail banking sales.


Responsibilities

  • Identify potential sales opportunities to promote banking products and services effectively.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships for sustained business growth.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets to contribute to the bank's revenue goals.
  • Analyze customer needs to suggest appropriate financial solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Prepare sales strategies and presentations tailored to individual client expectations.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities for reporting.
  • Stay updated with industry trends to offer innovative banking solutions to clients.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless service delivery to customers.
  • Provide excellent after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Attend regular training sessions to stay informed of the latest banking products.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business development opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with all banking policies and regulatory requirements in sales activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in retail banking sales or related area.
  • Strong understanding of retail banking products, services, and regulations.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients.
  • Proven track record of achieving and surpassing sales targets in banking.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess client needs and develop suitable solutions.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment.
