Job Description

A Replenishment Associate plays a crucial role in ensuring that retail shelves are stocked and organized to meet customer demand. This position involves managing inventory levels, restocking merchandise, and maintaining a clean and orderly store environment. The Replenishment Associate will collaborate with various departments to ensure efficient stock control and timely availability of products, enhancing the customer shopping experience. The ideal candidate should possess excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. A Replenishment Associate is pivotal in maintaining the store's visual appeal and supporting the store's sales objectives by ensuring that products are accessible and presented well to customers.


Responsibilities

  • Monitor inventory levels to determine product restocking needs and priorities.
  • Restock shelves, end caps, and displays to ensure product availability.
  • Ensure that all products are correctly priced and displayed attractively.
  • Check incoming stock for accuracy and report discrepancies to management promptly.
  • Collaborate with department managers to plan and execute merchandising strategies.
  • Assist customers with locating products and provide excellent customer service.
  • Maintain a clean and organized backroom and sales floor area at all times.
  • Follow safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Perform routine audits to track and manage inventory variances effectively.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve stocking processes and efficiencies.
  • Participate in store meetings to stay updated on sales goals and promotions.
  • Handle special assignments and projects as directed by the management team.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required for this position.
  • Proven experience in retail, logistics, or warehousing is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift items up to 50 pounds.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and some holidays as needed.
  • Proficiency in using inventory management systems and basic computer skills.
