- Role Requires candidate to manage two key responsibilities:- Maintain and develop existing and new Asset Management relationships in the GCC and select markets in Mashreq’s international footprint (largely driven by repos, margin loan facilities and cash management requirements)
- Management the unit’s fund finance debt structuring, transaction memo writing and facility closing documentation requirements
- Focused business growth through origination of NTB Clients and maintaining existing clients in scope, which includes, Asset Managers and supporting SRMs in building new relationships with Global Financial Sponsors
- Demonstrate strong ability in independently structuring complex fund financing facilities (and see them through credit approvals and execution)
- Originate client business with products including GTB Payments and Liquidity Management (PLM), Treasury and Capital Markets (TCM), Investment Banking (Loans, DCM, M&A, other structured solutions)
- Deepen Mashreq’s relationships and client resonance through senior level client engagement, greater share of mind and high-quality dialogue
- Act as a senior ambassador for the Mashreqbank brand with mentorship provided to junior members of the team
Capable of being groomed of succession planning across the department
