Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Bilingual Customer Service Advisor (English & Arabic) to join our dynamic customer support team. This role is integral to our operations, as you'll be responsible for delivering excellent service and support to our clients. As a bilingual advisor, you will manage customer interactions over various channels and ensure clear, comprehensive, and empathetic communication. Responsibilities

  • Provide exemplary customer service through phone, email, and live chat channels.
  • Communicate fluently in English and Arabic to assist diverse customer groups.
  • Identify and address customer needs and concerns with efficiency and empathy.
  • Maintain and update customer records with accurate and timely information.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints with a positive and professional attitude.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Provide feedback on customer service processes to improve efficiency.
  • Assist in training and mentoring new customer service team members.
  • Meet or exceed individual and team performance daily targets and metrics.
  • Stay informed about the company’s products, services, and industry trends.
  • Escalate complex issues to relevant departments for timely resolution.
  • Contribute to a positive team environment and uphold company values.

Requirements

  • Bilingual proficiency in both Arabic and English (speaking, reading, writing).
  • Proven experience in customer service or a related client-facing role.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant degree is advantageous.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
