The successful candidate will ensure that all Emirates Group regulatory and compliance related learning meets the requirements of internal and external stakeholders.

In This Role, You Will

  • Verify that all regulatory and compliance training solutions are contemporary, visible and highly accessible to all relevant business stakeholders.
  • Oversee document and record management of regulatory and compliance learning solutions.
  • Ensure course documentation is current and accessible to all key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with colleagues in other training provision teams to standardise best practices.
  • Oversee the implementation of Train the Trainer programmes for operational units such as Ground Handling Agents.
  • Coordinate content updates, business review and sign off for regulatory and compliance training in support of the Strategic Business Partners.
  • Prepare and facilitate Learning and Talent obligations in internal and external training audit processes.
  • Work cross-functionally across the Learning and Talent portfolio to deliver mission-driven solutions to the business.

Qualification

To be considered for this role, you must meet the below requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor level qualification, preferably in a related field.
  • Progressive experience in a people development role.
  • Experience in oversight of compliance training solutions and training audit coordination.
