As a Recruitment Consultant, you will play a vital role in connecting talented individuals with exciting job opportunities, helping both companies and job seekers reach new heights. Responsibilities

  • Prepare and post job advertisements on relevant job boards and social media.
  • Accurately assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit with clients.
  • Guide candidates through the interview process and provide constructive feedback.
  • Negotiate job offers and terms of employment with candidates and clients.
  • Regularly update and maintain recruitment database systems accurately.
  • Meet or exceed specific recruitment business targets and objectives regularly.
  • Continuously improve recruitment processes, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Participate in networking events to enhance recruitment pipelines and strategies.
  • Keep abreast of employment legislation and market trends impacting recruitment.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant or in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills are essential.
  • Strong ability to identify the best talent and assess candidate potential.
  • Experience with various interviewing techniques and recruitment databases.
  • Proficient in using social media and job boards for recruiting candidates.
  • Goal-oriented with a demonstrated ability to meet recruitment targets.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple projects.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality.
