At Emirates Group, we connect the world through our global hub in Dubai, ensuring our customers always ‘Fly Better.’ As one of the most recognised and admired brands globally, we’re driven by innovation and excellence. Join us as Recognition & Partnerships Engagement Specialist - Campaigns & Activations and experience a fast-paced, multicultural environment where your ideas and expertise will help shape the future of aviation. Here, you’ll grow alongside professionals from diverse backgrounds, contributing to our shared success and making your mark on a global stage.

As Recognition & Partnerships Engagement Specialist - Campaigns & Activations, you will drive the implementation of the recognition and partnership strategy and support the operational delivery of employee recognition and engagement programmes, fostering a culture of appreciation, creativity, and connection. This role balances strategic intent with hands-on execution — from designing communications and crafting events to producing polished deliverables.

You’ll bring a keen eye for design, a flair for storytelling, and the ability to pivot between big-picture planning and on-the-ground event delivery. Aligned with the Emirates Group mission, vision, and values, you’ll work closely with key stakeholders to develop, execute, and continuously enhance programmes that inspire, motivate, and retain top talent.

In This Role, You Will

  • Lead the creative development and execution of high-impact recognition campaigns and events from concept to completion, ensuring content, tone, and visuals align with internal brand guidelines and resonate with diverse employee groups.
  • Plan and deliver end-to-end promotional activations across multiple touchpoints (digital, in-person, internal channels), including content creation, logistics, vendor management, and post-event measurement.
  • Support the design and rollout of branded toolkits, templates, and recognition assets to maintain consistency and visual appeal across all communications.
  • Provide on-ground support for events and activations as needed, including evenings or weekends bringing energy, flexibility, and a solutions-first mindset.

Qualification

To be considered for the role, you must meet the below requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in Internal Communications, Events, marketing or related fields.
  • Proven experience in planning and delivering campaigns, events, and engagement initiatives.
  • Ability to translate programme objectives into creative communications and activation plans.

You'll Have An Edge If You Have

  • Experience in employee engagement, recognition, or reward programmes.
  • Strong visual design sensibility, with experience producing PowerPoint decks, branded templates, and internal-facing toolkits.
  • Familiarity with creative tools (e.g. Canva, Adobe Suite) is an advantage.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to adapt messaging to different audiences.
  • Proficiency in project management, with the ability to balance multiple priorities under pressure.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to influence and collaborate across departments and seniority levels.
  • Flexibility to support events during and outside standard working hours when required.
  • Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel skills; familiarity with dashboards and interpreting engagement data is a plus.

At Emirates Group, we’re committed to providing our employees with opportunities to grow and develop in their careers. So if you’re looking for a challenging and rewarding opportunity, apply today and join our team!
