Job Purpose

dnata Airport Operations’ vast ground handling operations successfully service the major global hub at Dubai International Airport and Al Maktoum International Airport. We deliver a seamless experience from check-in to baggage delivery for more than 80 million passengers and 140 scheduled airlines annually.

As a Customer Support Specialist, dnata Airport Operations, you will provide support to the Commercial team in managing tenders, contracts and customer accounts through data and market research. You will drive Salesforce process improvements, alongside the Product Manager, to boost CRM efficiency, consistency and tech returns across the business.

In This Role, You Will

  • Manage salesforce projects, overseeing the full Salesforce lifecycle; including setup, compliance and data requirements.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders, serving as the main contact for Salesforce across business units, aligning with the Product Manager for system improvements.
  • Drive customer insights, creating action plans from feedback and NPS results to strengthen commercial strategies.
  • Optimise Salesforce usage to ensure effective utilization of Salesforce for accurate reporting and business benefits.
  • Lead system enhancements, improve internal tools to support revenue growth and customer data retention.
  • Monitor contract performance - design and manage health checks on contracts across business units.
  • Advance commercial tools, including developing tools and templates to elevate customer engagement and account planning.
  • Conduct market research, providing insights on aviation markets, comparing global operations to shape new business proposals.
  • Execute customer engagements, delivering presentations, performance reviews and market analysis to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain Salesforce standards, customising Salesforce features, upholding compliance and resolving data/reporting issues.

Qualification

To be considered for the role, you must meet the below requirements:

  • A relevant Bachelors degree and experience within airport operations
