You will help clients buy, sell, and rent properties while delivering exceptional service and building lasting relationships — all while working in a supportive, resource-rich environment that sets you up for success.

Key Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate leads through the provided database and other channels.
• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties.
• Conduct property viewings and provide expert advice to clients.
• Negotiate offers and close deals effectively.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the Dubai real estate market.
• Build and maintain a strong database of clients and properties.
• Ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction.
  
  

Requirements

• Previous experience in real estate is an advantage, but not mandatory for motivated candidates.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
• Knowledge of UAE real estate laws and procedures (an advantage).
• Fluency in English (Arabic or other languages is a plus).
