Realiste is looking for a Real Estate Partner Manager to join our team in Dubai.


This onsite role involves working closely with real estate agents to distribute offers, support deal execution, and build long-term client relationships.


We develop cutting-edge technology for investors, helping them identify the best opportunities in the real estate market.


We operate remotely, giving our team the freedom to work efficiently.

What You’ll Do


As a Real Estate Partner Manager, you will work directly with real estate agents, helping them close high-value deals using Realiste’s platform.


Key Responsibilities:


Close 20+ deals per month in collaboration with real estate agents.

Proactively distribute offers to the market and ensure widespread visibility.

Retain and nurture client relationships with UAE-based agents.

Support deal execution, ensuring smooth closing from start to finish.

Maintain CRM hygiene—no unprocessed or forgotten leads.


Expected Outcomes (in the first 3 months):


Consistently close 20 deals/month.

Reach out to 500 potential clients/month.

Build a network of 150 active realtors.

Keep rejection rate below 5% for contacted clients.

Ensure zero backlog in CRM.
