Job Description

A Real Estate Broker plays a pivotal role in the real estate market, acting as a key intermediary between buyers and sellers. Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Valid Real Estate Broker's license in the applicable state or region.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in a real estate sales or broker role.
  • Strong knowledge of real estate market trends and property value appraisals.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills for client interactions.
  • Proficiency in real estate management software and tools for business operations.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
  • Proven track record in successful real estate transactions and client satisfaction.
