For our office in Dubai, we are looking for

RAMS Engineer

The ideal candidate should have proven experience in RAMS engineering within the transportation industry, preferably in metro/rail projects. You will ensure compliance with industry standards, oversee integration with stakeholders, and deliver all required documentation to support the safe and reliable operation of transportation systems

Responsibilities

• Act as the go-to expert for RAM or Safety-related matters, depending on project requirements.
• Ensure compliance with all integration processes, standards, and company policies.
• Interface with internal engineering teams, PMC, and relevant rail authorities as required.
• Review, manage, and coordinate with subcontractors where applicable.
• Monitor and ensure that all RAMS-related activities are delivered on schedule and meet project deadlines.
• Prepare, review, and manage all necessary RAM and safety documentation in accordance with project needs and contractual obligations.
• Support safety assessments, hazard analyses, and reliability modelling as per international standards
  
  

• Bachelors degree in engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in RAM or Safety Management within the transportation sector, preferably in metro/rail projects and operations.
• Proven experience in performing System Assurance analysis & modelling in accordance with standards such as EN50126, EN50129.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams and external authorities.
