Property Consultant - Sales Agent

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Sales Agent to join our Dubai real estate team. The role involves managing on-ground client interactions, handling property tours, building relationships with investors and end-users, and driving conversions through effective communication and closing skills.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Dubai property market, exceptional interpersonal skills, and a proven ability to deliver results in a high-performance environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct client meetings and property viewings to promote and sell Dubai real estate projects.
• Identify client needs, present suitable property options, and build trust throughout the sales cycle.
• Handle negotiations, coordinate documentation, and assist clients until the final transaction.
• Maintain an updated understanding of project details, pricing, and developer offerings.
• Collaborate with the marketing and closing teams to convert qualified leads into sales.
• Represent the company professionally at events, expos, and developer meetings.

Must-Haves

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Dubai Real Estate (mandatory).
• Strong track record of sales conversions and client management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• In-depth knowledge of major developers like Emaar, Damac, Sobha, and Danube.
• Proactive, target-driven, and confident in handling high-net-worth clients.
