A Property Consultant plays a pivotal role in the real estate market by advising clients on the purchase, sale, and rental of properties. Property Consultants are responsible for helping clients make informed decisions by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions. Responsibilities

  • Engage with clients to understand their real estate needs and preferences.
  • Provide market research data to help clients make informed decisions.
  • Match clients with properties that best meet their needs and goals.
  • Negotiate property sales and rental agreements with all involved parties.
  • Facilitate property viewings and provide detailed feedback to clients.
  • Develop and maintain a network of industry contacts for business opportunities.
  • Keep up-to-date with local property market trends and conditions.
  • Prepare and deliver promotional presentations to showcase various properties.
  • Assist clients with the documentation process of property transactions.
  • Ensure compliance with all real estate laws and regulations.
  • Follow-up with clients post-transaction to ensure satisfaction and service feedback.
  • Continuously update the CRM system with accurate client information and interaction logs.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Property Consultant or in a similar role.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities are essential.
  • Strong knowledge of the real estate market and current industry practices.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team effectively.
  • Excellent negotiation skills and a customer-oriented approach.
  • A valid real estate license or certification in the respective jurisdiction.
  • Strong computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
