A Property Consultant plays a pivotal role in the real estate industry, bridging the gap between property buyers, sellers, and developers. This position demands an individual with a keen understanding of the market, excellent interpersonal skills, and a knack for negotiation. The Property Consultant is responsible for providing clients with expert advice and guidance regarding property investments, sales, and purchases. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Proven work experience as a Property Consultant or in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of property market trends and current valuation techniques.
  • Exceptional negotiation and consulting skills with a client-first focus.
  • Proficiency in CRM software to manage client relationships effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for clear client interactions.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
