• Conduct site inspections and prepare reports on property conditions and valuations.

• Coordinate property showings, viewings, and open houses for potential buyers or tenants.
• Collaborate with mortgage specialists, appraisers, and other industry professionals.
• Handle inquiries about listings and convert them into property deals and opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a real estate consultant or agent.
• Strong understanding of the property market and real estate transaction processes.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential.
