Job Description

A Property Consultant is a real estate professional responsible for guiding clients through the process of buying, selling, or renting properties. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Property Consultant or in a similar role.
  • Thorough understanding of the local real estate market and trends.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Ability to build lasting relationships with clients and industry professionals.
  • Valid real estate license as per regional or national requirements.
  • Proficiency in using real estate management software and CRM tools.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Effective problem-solving skills and ability to provide innovative solutions.
