Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Real Estate, or related field required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction and real estate project management.
• Proven track record of managing multimillion-dollar projects successfully from start to finish.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, planning, and risk management techniques.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills for effective stakeholder collaboration.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools to track progress and resources.
• Certification in Project Management Professional (PMP) will be considered an advantage.
