Job Description

The role of a Project Manager is crucial in steering projects to success by ensuring that all aspects align with business goals and objectives. As a Project Manager, you will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of projects while managing resources, timelines, and budgets. You will be the central point of contact for stakeholders and will be required to possess exceptional organizational and leadership skills to mitigate risks and resolve issues effectively. The ideal candidate will be adept in creating cohesive teams, providing clear direction, and maintaining transparent communication throughout the project lifecycle to deliver high-quality outcomes that meet client expectations.


Responsibilities

  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans and schedules, ensuring resource availability.
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless execution.
  • Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs utilizing appropriate verification techniques.
  • Conduct risk management to minimize project risks, with timely resolution strategies.
  • Meet budgetary objectives and adjust project constraints based on financial analysis.
  • Track project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
  • Report project progress, successes, and challenges to all stakeholders consistently.
  • Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with all project participants.
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation to meet project goals efficiently.
  • Lead and motivate project team members to be accountable for project results.
  • Perform risk management analysis to identify project risks and issues and devise mitigation strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field required.
  • Proven working experience of at least 3 years in project management roles.
  • Strong familiarity with project management software like MS Project and Primavera.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and practices is highly desirable.
  • Solid understanding of cost management, and quality control related to project management.
  • Possess excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and multitasking capabilities.
  • Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification is preferred.
