What You Will Do

The Project Development Engineer is a key role directly reporting to the Pre Sales Manager. You will be based in Dubai and will be part of a growing team responsible for driving the growth of business for Building Technology and Solutions with a focus on Energy Solutions in the GCC. This is an exciting opportunity for UAE Nationals or fresh graduates looking to kick-start their careers in a dynamic environment.

As a Project Development Engineer, you will work closely with the Sales team on the technical and commercial development of energy solutions and proposals. You will be part of a vibrant environment that provides a platform for you to leverage your education and enthusiasm in supporting the team with pre-sales and estimation for energy solutions.

How You Will Do It

You will validate assumptions made during solution design, build energy savings estimates, cost estimates, and scope of work for assigned projects in conjunction with operations. You will provide technical risk analysis for the complete solution and participate in transition meetings with the Operations team to ensure project scope, objectives, timelines, and customer requirements are addressed properly.

As a Project Development Engineer, you may perform on-site data collection at customer facilities and support post-contract design reviews. You will focus on developing multiple components for the bundled sale of energy solutions and utilize strong customer relationship skills to develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders (suppliers and vendors).

Required

What we look for

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical/Electronic or a related field
• 0-1 year of experience or internship experience in an electrical background
• Results-oriented, tenacious, self-motivated, with a customer-focused approach
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in business analysis
• Excellent interpersonal skills – must adapt working style to different personalities and work styles of our stakeholders and internal partners
• Fluency in English is essential
• Good analytical skills
