Job Description
- Coordinate project activities, resources, equipment, and information across cross-functional teams.
- Assist in the preparation and updating of project schedules, timelines, and deliverables.
- Utilize CAD software (AutoCAD or similar) to produce and modify technical drawings in support of engineering teams.
- Maintain and organize project documentation including drawings, work packs, submittals, and reports.
- Ensure project standards, templates, procedures, and communication methods are followed.
- Prepare and distribute internal and external communication (e.g., memos, progress reports, meeting minutes).
- Assist in the development of task-specific work packs including quotation, Obtaining NOCs etc.
- Track and manage project changes, issues, and action items, updating documentation accordingly.
- Support project managers in monitoring budget and project performance metrics.
- Collaborate with engineers to verify project requirements and resolve technical issues.
- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
- Proven work experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role, preferably in an engineering or industrial environment.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar CAD software is essential.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
- Understanding of health and safety practices in engineering projects.
- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
