Job Description

As a Product Marketing Manager, you will be at the forefront of driving the success of our products in the marketplace. This role demands a strategic thinker with the ability to translate product features into clear benefits and offerings for our customer base. You'll be responsible for crafting comprehensive marketing strategies that align with our business objectives and drive product engagement and sales. Your deep understanding of market trends and consumer behavior will guide the product positioning and messaging, ensuring it resonates with target audiences. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, and customer service, to create and maintain a consistent and compelling customer journey. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of strategic, analytical, and creative skills, paired with a passion for innovation and product excellence.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute product marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with product development to define product positioning and messaging.
  • Create compelling marketing content that highlights product benefits and features.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor positioning to inform marketing strategies.
  • Work closely with sales teams to develop effective sales tools and training materials.
  • Conduct customer research to gather insights and enhance product offerings.

  • Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Identify new market opportunities and suggest strategies to capture them.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field required.
  • Proven experience as a Product Marketing Manager or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and product positioning strategies.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills essential for success.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret complex market data effectively.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams particularly in tech-focused environments.
