We would like to recruit individuals who believe they can make a difference to their students, who understand that change is a process and who want to take an active role in sharing their expertise as the team moves towards achieving its shared goals. The projected growth of Taaleem will offer a broad range of exciting opportunities in the coming years.

You will have:

Education: Master’s degree or NPQSL/NPQH, Teaching certification, Principal / educational management qualification

Experience:

• The placement will be in a large school setting (2000+ primary students); at least 5 years’ experience in a senior leadership role that has included responsibility for running/line managing a team, making curriculum decisions, inspection procedures and working firsthand with parents.
• The Primary section runs from KG to Grade 5, follows US curriculum standards, and employs an internationally diverse staff, knowledge and experience in a similar setting would be a distinct advantage.
• IB PYP experience, US curriculum standards and familiarity with the UAE context would be desirable.
