Principal Engineer - Construction (225-713)

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Principal Engineer specializing in construction to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the engineering design and execution of large-scale construction projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or a related field is required.
• Possess at least 10 years of experience in construction engineering or management.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license is strongly preferred for this role.
• Extensive knowledge of engineering principles, construction methodologies, and safety standards.
• Proven experience in leading and managing complex engineering projects successfully.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and mentor engineering teams effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities are essential.
• Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools.
• Willingness to travel to project sites as necessary to oversee progress.
