Job Summary

An experienced and highly motivated recruitment consultant who will be working within the IT or finance market. Within this role you will be working within a fast moving, candidate driven market. You will create business development strategies and calls to attract client’s needs and offer the right recruitment solutions. Within the role you will liaise with clients to understand role requirements to source and select the most suitable clients. It will be your duty to source, screen, and compile a shortlist of qualified candidates for various technical roles.

• nBuild market maps to understand key employers within your area of specialis
• mWrite and post technical job descriptions on specialist IT boards, social media, and any other relevant channe
• lSource junior, mid-level, senior, and highly specialist candidates for leading global businesses, covering the UK marke
• tScreen and interview candidates to ensure we put forward the best quality profiles to client
• sBuild a candidate CRM to ensure a solid pipeline of qualified candidate
• sConsult with clients on overall hiring strategies and tailor your approach accordingl
• yKeep up to date with latest industry trends to ensure candidates can be evaluated against industry standard assessment
• sParticipate in tech conferences and meetups to network with IT professional
• sBuild and develop your client portfolio, providing expert consultation to ensure repeat busines
• sGenerate new leads and clients using your network and contact
• sNetwork online and offline with potential candidates to promote our employer brand and ensure we attract the best professional
• sAct as a mentor to more junior members of staff, championing company best practice
