- Understand client requirements and provide appropriate design solutions.
- Assist the sales team in preparing proposals, presentations, and quotations.
- Conduct market research to identify potential leads and business opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create impactful sales materials.
- Follow up with prospective clients to nurture relationships and drive conversions.
- Coordinate with the design and execution teams to ensure alignment with client expectations.
- Maintain records of client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand and present design concepts effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Basic knowledge of interior design and sales processes is a plus.
- Ability to handle multiple leads and follow-ups efficiently.
- Self-motivated with a customer-centric approach.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in pre-sales, business development, or a similar role.
- Experience in the interior design or real estate industry is preferred.
