The PR Coordinator supports the PR & Communications Manager with executing the PR strategy across the MEA region. The role involves crafting compelling narratives and owning the editorial strategy to ensure coverage across various media platforms. Maintaining strong relationships with press and stakeholders is key. The PR Coordinator will also track and analyze media coverage, compile comprehensive reports, and monitor market trends. Additionally, the role includes administrative responsibilities such as maintaining media and talent lists, coordinating product loans and gifting, and managing vendor payments.

PR Strategy

  • Work closely with the PR & Communications Manager on the development and implementation of innovative PR strategies, maintaining Tiffany & Co.’s luxury positioning across the MEA region.
  • Contribute to the creation of PR strategies that align with global brand directives while addressing the specific needs of the MEA market.

Storytelling & Editorial Planning

  • Develop and implement the overarching editorial strategy of the Maison to secure high-impact coverage in leading publications across print, web, and social media platforms.
  • Maintain consistent and responsive communication with editors and press, ensuring timely distribution of press materials and current brand news.
  • Craft compelling storytelling and engaging narratives for key brand moments, announcements, collection launches and news.

Develop effective press materials, including press releases, media alerts, executive talking points and toolkits.

PR & Media Relations

  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including editors, stylists, talents, and industry partners through photoshoots, talent partnerships, brand events and collaborations.
  • Represent Tiffany & Co. at industry events and functions, upholding the brand’s image and values.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of photoshoots, events, dressings, influencer programs, talent signings, and content creation initiatives.

Reporting & Analysis

  • Track and analyze media coverage, conducting competitive landscape analysis.
  • Oversee monthly DMR reporting to provide strategic and creative insights.
  • Compile comprehensive reports for all PR activities, including events, campaigns, and influencer programs, to track campaign effectiveness and provide ROI analysis and impact.
  • Monitor regional market trends, consumer behavior and media landscape to identify opportunities for brand advancement.

Admin

  • Maintain media and talent lists up to date for press dispatches, gifting, and guest list curation
  • Support with product loans for photoshoots, events, talent dressings or any ad hoc requests
  • Coordinate gifting for special occasions and PR partnerships year round
  • Manage the efficient processing of invoices and vendor payments in a timely manner.

Qualifications

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in PR & Communications or related roles, preferably within a luxury brand or PR agency.
  • University degree in PR, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a strong ability for creative storytelling.
  • Strategic thinker with a keen understanding of industry and social media trends.
  • Excellent relationship management and interpersonal skills, particularly with press, talents, and agencies.
  • Highly organized with strong project management skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Demonstrates creativity, team spirit, and a proactive sense of initiative.
  • Maintains a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
  • Passionate about the luxury industry.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Fluent in Arabic
