Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategic communication plans to support organizational goals.
Create engaging press releases, media kits, and public statements for distribution.
Foster relationships with media outlets and industry influencers to enhance visibility.
Coordinate and manage the organization’s social media communication strategies.
Monitor media coverage and report on public perception and media trends.
Organize press conferences, media events, and promotional campaigns effectively.
Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging and strategies.
Handle media inquiries and act as the spokesperson for the organization.
Develop crisis communication plans to mitigate potential media issues.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in public relations or communications field.
Proven track record of managing media relations and successful PR campaigns.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for various audiences.
Ability to develop and manage strategic communication initiatives efficiently.
Demonstrated experience with digital media and social media management techniques.
Strong analytical skills to evaluate media communication efforts and outcomes.
Proficiency in public speaking and delivering persuasive presentations.
