Position: Performance Marketing & Tracking Specialist

Location: Dubai, UAE - Onsite

Overview:

We’re STARTRADER – a global trading platform for Forex, Metals, Indices, Commodities, and Shares. We’re looking for a world-class performance marketer who can track everything, retarget everyone, and turn analytics into growth decisions. If you live and breathe Google Tag Manager, GA4 dashboards, pixels, DSPs, and compliant ad scaling, this is your role.

Responsibilities:

• Launch and optimize global performance campaigns with high budgets.
• Develop multi-channel retargeting funnels for high-intent traders.
• Navigate financial ad restrictions and keep campaigns compliant.
• Build tracking architecture (GTM, GA4, server-side tagging, Enhanced Conversions, MMPs like AppsFlyer/Adjust).
• Own pixels and event tracking across Google, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and DSPs (Moloco, DV360, The Trade Desk).
• Create advanced reporting dashboards (GA4 + Looker Studio / Power BI) for full-funnel visibility.
• Design and maintain custom GTM tags, triggers, and data layers for web & app.

Requirements:

• 4+ years in performance marketing or paid ads (2+ in finance/trading ideal or gaming).
• Proven mastery of GA4 reporting & GTM setup/debugging.
• Skilled in cross-platform tracking & attribution post-iOS14.
• Hands-on with Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads.
• Experience with DSP media buying (advantage).
• Analytical, data-driven, and ROI-obsessed.
