Repton Dubai is seeking to appoint an outstanding PE Teacher to start January 2026.

Following an internal promotion to SLT, we have an exciting opportunity for an outstanding PE teacher to join our team. The school is launching a brand-new state of the art facility expansion plan over the summer holidays so you will be joining an exceptional team of colleagues at the start of an ambitious five-year plan for sport.

Our ambition with our new facilities is to become the choice school for Sport in the GCC.

We are looking for a colleague who has experience in our girls focus sports of Netball and Football. Experience of swimming and athletics is advantageous.

PE teachers at Repton enjoy the wide variety of facilities on campus, including two sports halls, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a full-size football pitch and training pitch, tennis courts, cricket nets and netball courts, which aid towards the planning and delivery of outstanding PE lessons.

As this is a position overseeing PE for girls, we can only consider a female for this role.

Skills, Experience & Responsibilities

Bachelor’s degree plus QTS and PGCE

For specialist teachers, the bachelor’s degree must be in a directly related field (e.g. English teacher should have a English related bachelor’s degree)

Ideally, we require a minimum of 2 years post qualification experience

Experience teaching in British Curriculum or IB schools

An interest in athletic development and holistic education in PE and Sport

Experience coaching one of our team sports (Netball, Football, Rugby)

Experience teaching swimming is advantageous
