We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Patient Happiness Executive to join our team.   • Coordinate with healthcare teams to improve patient experiences and service delivery.
  • Gather and analyze patient feedback to identify areas for service enhancement.
  • Conduct regular surveys and interviews to assess patient satisfaction accurately.
  • Organize welcome and information sessions to guide patients through their healthcare journey.
  • Work with management to implement policies promoting patient-centered care strategies.
  • Prepare detailed reports on patient satisfaction trends and improvement implementations.
  • Ensure all inquiries and requests from patients are addressed promptly and empathetically.
  • Educate patients and their families about hospital services and care options.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to effectively communicate patient success stories.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Social Work, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably within healthcare.
  • Exceptional communication and active listening skills are essential for this role.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and high emotional intelligence are required.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced healthcare environment effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities while paying attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using customer relationship management software is an advantage.
